By Staff Cocoa is carried by her human, Faith Rayboun, and joined by Celestia Walker at the Big Bend Barkfest held on Saturday, March 6. The event was wildly popular, with more than 1,000 people and pets heading to Wakulla High School to celebrate the dog festival. It began with a parade of formerly homeless dogs – adopted from shelters or rescues – and showcased the many talents and abilities of canines. The event included activities ranging from search and rescue dogs to Frisbee-players to wiener races.
