Tell us about your business: We started in 1998. Diane is a Wakulla County art teacher who grew up in Southern California and traveled to Mexico from time to time, learning about regional Mexican art and its origins.
Spanish teacher Kathy began taking WHS students to Mexico in 1995 and fell in love with the culture, arts and crafts. With Mexican friends to help teach us, we began scouring regional marketplaces to find interesting crafts. Gradually, we developed solid vendor relationships with artisan families from Oaxaca in the South to Tlaquepaque/Tonala in the North.
