Equestrian center is back on

The county is moving forward with its proposed equestrian center project.
In 2008, the county received a grant from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program for $135,611 for the development of that project.
For several years, no progress was made with the project. Now, with the grant deadline date of April 30 right around the corner, the county is on a time crunch.
