A contract worker for Talquin Electric Cooperative became immobile while hanging antenna 300 feet up the communications tower behind the Wakulla Area Office Tuesday afternoon.

The worker’s supervisor, Josh, said they were communicating over the radio when the worker complained that his hand was cramping. Then his speech became slurred and incoherent.
