The Sopchoppy to Panacea Tram once connected the two communities. Now the Historic Panacea Tram replica connects people to the past.
A ribbon cutting for the Historic Panacea Tram was at Woolley Park on April 17. Wakulla High School’s carpentry and welding students built the replica, and were present to see their hard work celebrated by the community. Panacea Waterfronts Partnership, a community revitalization group, initiated the project.
