Preliminary plat approved for Chadwick Estates

The preliminary plat for Chadwick Estates subdivision sailed through the county’s Planning Commission on Monday, Aug. 12, with members voting unanimously to approve it.
Planning and Community Development staff had recommended approval.
The roughly 72-acre parcel being developed by Robert Parrish and Gene Cutchin is on track for a 141-lot development. It sits on the northeast side of the intersection of Wakulla Arran and East Ivan roads, and is bordered on its eastern side by Old Bethel Road.
